Cilantro Lime chicken with FILIPPO BERIO

I’m always on a lookout for a yummy and easy recipe and I want to share this recipe with you (check out more recipes on my Pinterest page).

I made this amazing dinner this weekend and everyone in my family, including my picky toddler, LOVED it! I used FILIPPO BERIO Delicato Extra Virgin olive oil and i substituted chicken thighs for breasts because that’s what I had on hands.

I roasted some sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts as a side dish but I think any side would be great with this dish.

Paula Dean’s “Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding” Recipe

Thanksgiving is approaching fast and I would like to share with you another my go-to dessert that  is always a big hit at any party or potluck that I’ve ever went to. Plus it’s super easy and quick to make!

My husband is not a big dessert eater but he will eat the whole pan of THIS Banana Pudding!

I used 1 pack (comes in 4 individual cups) of Kozy Shack Vanilla Bean Pudding instead of the French Vanilla pudding mix and because of that I didn’t have to use milk.

Try this easy recipe you won’t regret it! I promise!
